30/209 W.Australia New Norcia 11 Dec. 1880 My dear Sir, Allow me to call your attention to the initial circums- tances in which are placed at present all the natives of this mission - three Northam natives which names are = Abraham Monbich - an outlaw Bob Jutimara - and George Dargana are about here determined to kill any native of this mission they may have the chance to kill with- out impunity - On the night of the 29 ultimo one of them tried to kill a native of mine by throwing at him a spear which ?casually? did not kill him. That my native identified Bob Jutimara as the man who throw the spear at him but the man having been tried at Walebing Bob Jutimara came out free- Sargeant Gilchrist and another Policeman from Newcastle with a native I gave them as a guide (Sgt Monger was out on Duty) wanted to try to capture "Abraham" who was reported to be about W. Donald
